POGO is a cable and satellite television channel created by Turner Broadcasting, a unit of Time Warner for India which primarily shows animated programming and some Live-Action shows based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. POGO is a family entertainment channel in India. It was launched on January 1, 2004. Although launched as a children's entertainment channel like its sister channel Cartoon Network, it has become a family entertainment channel. The primary target audience now is kids (aged 3+) to young adults (aged up to 40). Although initially only available in India, a time shift version is now available in Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives and Sri Lanka. In Pakistan and Bangladesh POGO is available as a three-hour block on Cartoon Network (Pakistan).
